This was a police notification(the half red and half blue colors of the board indicate it) at the busy station square in rourkela.

It found it so ridiculous nad couldnt stop myself from taking a snap.

Needless to say anything to criticize the police,we all witness what they do.

Why am I writing a Blog..that too so late!!

here i am writing a blog.,inspired by a lot of people who write it regularly and pressed upon by some friends coz they say its a healthy habit to vent out ur ideas and emotions(at least it will help increase my literary power).There is some truth in that advice about increasing my literary power.The four long years of technical curriculum robs your grey cells of their literary charm(at least for those reckless ppl who dont care to read regularly).Recently i faced the problem when i was asked to write an essay(actually a testimonial [:P] on orkut).Words and sentence making skills seemed to evade me.

Many people write diaries as their memoirs,mostly private stuff.But there are things we usually want the world to know about.About how we think about things and our reactions,and what is more fulfilling than to have a space of our own to do that.What can be more productive than working out our mind,thinking and recording them down as a blog than wasting away time onplaying stupid computer games and doing whatever stupid things we do only to help keep those neuron machinery in our brains from shuttting down.

Or may be if I somehow get lucky, google will just declare my blog the best one and award me a fortune for writing it,or if I somehow manage to get famous, posthumously though, then these blog entries will help scientists to figure out how the great me used to think and act.May be a biography can be published about me (gosh!!! am i dreaming too much now!!?? [:P])

Those things apart i am actually an avid reader of blogs on the net(thanks to jigi to introduce me to the world of blogs last year),and enjoi reading people's thoughts on the virtual space.But it never occured to me to write one of my own becoz usually im a reserved person and dont tend to blabber out my ideas whether it be to some person,on my gtalk status messages or be it on
blogs.But as i believe one shouldnt be regretful over anything he didnt do becoz he didnt give it a shot.So i have made up my mind to try out on blogging and keep piling on my thoughts on this space(hehe god save those who would be actually reading this!! [:P]).
